Order Acceptance/Confirmation/Cancellation
We may refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity at our sole discretion. We may also require additional qualifying information before accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order, we'll provide you with an email order confirmation. However, your receipt of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.
All orders are automatically processed on our end and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. Unfortunately, during this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we cannot do it free of charge after a certain point. Therefore, we strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
► If you cancel your order within 24 hours after you placed an order or at least 2 days before it has been shipped, your order will be canceled free of charge. Even if you are charged, we will refund the full price and shipping cost, if applicable.
► If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
► Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all the applicable fees listed above—including restocking, cancellation, and other applicable fees.
Return Policy
1. Conditions of return
Return period: All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Merchandise eligible for return must be:

New, unused and in original condition;

The problem with the product is not man-made damage;

Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return.

Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
2. The return process
Step 1: Please contact our customer service at support@mlathe.com and provide the order number, the reason, and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue
Step 2: Our customer service team investigate and offer a solution based on our policy. We will reply to you within 72 hours.
Step 3: If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Step 4: Return the product (if required). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

3. Shipping fee for return
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as MLATHE are not held responsible for any lost returns.

2. Refund process
Within 3 business days from the date we receive your return, we will examine the product for any damage or noncompliance with our Terms and Conditions before issuing your refund. We reserve the right to adjust your refund according to our Terms and Conditions. Please note that we may only issue a partial refund depending on the cause for your return, as well as the condition of Goods, once we receive and inspect your return. Once we approve the return, your refund will be processed.
Note: To explain any return application, please contact the official email support@mlathe.com attached first. Any return without prior application will not be accepted.
