Returns Policy
1. Conditions of return
Return period: All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order.Merchandise eligible for return must be:
1. New, unused and in original condition;
2. The problem with the product is not man-made damage;
3. Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return.
4. Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
2. The return process
Step 1: Please contact our customer service at support@mlathe.com and provide the order number, the reason, and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issueStep 2: Our customer service team investigate and offer a solution based on our policy. We will reply to you within 72 hours.
Step 3: If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Step 4: Return the product (if required). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

3. Shipping fee for return
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as MLATHE are not held responsible for any lost returns.Shipping Policy
1. How much does shipping cost?We provide FREE SHIPPING for all orders from “Local Warehouse”. However, if the local warehouse is out of stock, some shipping charges may apply.
2. Which countries do you ship to?Now we only ship to the US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Insular areas, APO/FPO. Note: We don't ship to PO BOX addresses.
3. How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 3-5 business days.
4. How long does shipping take?Fast delivery from local warehouse: 5-10 business days.
5. How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you can find your tracking number in「My Account-My Order」. You can track your package using that number on the corresponding shipping providers' websites.Meanwhile, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain the tracking number at the bottom. You can click the tracking link at the footer or type the tracking number into https://www.17track.net/ to check the status of your order. 6. Do you charge any tax for the item?
The item is tax-free.
